My photographs are a reaction to the fake lives of the blue blood, the moneyed class. Rich people are amazing, and portraying them as they are is what I do. I attempt to expose what is going on within the lives of these upstarts or the self styled elite and their likes. The theatrical impact of the photographs is an inspiration drawn from the everyday drama of the beau monde.
I do not set out to offend or cast aspersions, but I very strongly feel that an image ought to provoke a feeling; it should inspire or trigger something very deep inside the observer. My style of photography draws Inspiration from the 'The Qajar series' created by the famous Iranian photographer 'Shadi Ghadarian'.
